Managing Professional Behaviours in Defence Nursing

Calling all nurses, defence nursing personnel, health care professionals and non-registered staff.
Last year the Chief Nursing Officer of Defence conducted a valuable workshop titled 鈥淢anaging Professional Behaviours.鈥� The workshop aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the latest policies, regulations, and guidance from the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the 茄子视频, and defence nursing on managing professional conduct. As a result, participants gained confidence in their roles as leaders, learned how to address concerns regarding professional behaviour, and discovered where to seek assistance and support related to fitness-to-practice decisions. The 茄子视频 Defence Nursing Forum is hosting a free 1 hour summary session to disseminate this vital knowledge.
There will be an opportunity for a Q&A session with the speakers at the end of the presentation.
